Stuff & Things

This page was created to bring together all the stories, insights and updates from across the journey that isn’t trig point related. While the site has a dedicated space for trig point adventures, this page offers something broader. Here, you will find everything from training strategies and race reflections to nutrition tips and mental resilience insights.

The goal is simple. It’s to document, reflect and share the real, raw experience of pushing limits. Whether you’re new to the journey or already deep in the process, something useful will be found here.

Training approaches have been shared. Lessons from ultramarathons have been captured. Experiences with platforms like Rokman have also been explored. Even thoughts on lifestyle choices such as the ketogenic diet are included. This page gives space to all those topics that fuel performance, wellbeing and personal growth.

Importantly, the writing here aims to be honest and accessible. It is not about elite standards or patronising words. It is about human standards. Struggles are acknowledged and setbacks are embraced as part of the path forward.

The content may vary in tone and focus. However, the purpose remains consistent – to connect, inform and inspire. If just one blog helps someone feel less alone in their challenge, it has served its purpose!

A Hub for Growth and Exploration (Not a Trig in Sight!)

By separating this space from the trig point journeys, a more organised experience has been created for you, the reader. Navigation is now simpler. Finding specific topics or interests should be easier as a result.

This section links naturally with other areas of the site. For example, if training content is being read, a visit to the Events page might be helpful. If nutrition is of interest, the Keto section can provide deeper insight. Everything has been structured to help you move between topics smoothly. I realise I have a lot of random stuff on here that I just thought needed tidying up a bit!

These blog posts are not just written to be read. They are meant to be used. Applied. Lived… Or just read if that’s why you’re here. I appreciate every single reader too!

Every entry adds to a bigger picture – one about endurance, purpose and discovering what is possible when comfort zones are left behind.

Thanks for being here. Explore, read and take whatever resonates with you. There’s plenty more to come – in addition to the odd trig point thrown in for good measure! Always, I’ll always follow back on Insta!
